 Fried Garlic Chicken Recipe

Fried Garlic Chicken Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Bisquick Mix
  • 3 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Seasoned salt
  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless  cut into chunks
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • Safflower Oil

    Honey-Mustard Sauce:
  • Two Tablespoons honey
  • 1 Cup Dijon mustard

    Barbeque Dipping:
  • 1 Cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup barbeque sauce
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcester sauced

Fried Garlic Chicken
Time: 25 min
Qty: 80

Fried Garlic Chicken Instructions:

  • Mix together first 4 ingredients. Dip chicken pieces in egg after sprinkling with extra garlic powder, and roll in flour mixture. Do this twice, for double coating. Fry in oil until golden brown. Serve with toothpicks and dipping sauce, honey mustard or barbeque.
