 Nacho Mushrooms Recipe

Nacho Mushrooms Ingredients:
  • 24 large mushrooms, for stuffing
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3 pepperoni sticks, hot, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese, mozzarella,
    cheddar mixed

Nacho Mushrooms
Time: 1 hour
Serves: 8

Nacho Mushrooms Instructions:

  • Remove stems from mushroom caps. Place caps, rounded side up, in large broiler pan. Brush with melted butter. Broil 6 inches from heat for 1 minute. remove from broiler. Turn mushrooms over. Place pepperoni slices in bottom of each mushroom. Top with shredded cheese. Broil until cheese melts. Serve warm. Quick and easy and soooo...good!
