 Chocolate Chip Amaretto Pound Cake Recipe

Chocolate Chip Amaretto Pound Cake Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs
  • 511g devil's food cake mix
  • 80 ml vegetable oil
  • 235 ml water
  • 30 ml almond extract
  • 170g semisweet chocolate chips
  • 30g confectioners' sugar for dusting

Chocolate Chip Amaretto Pound Cake
Time: 1 hour
Serves: 12

Chocolate Chip Amaretto Pound Cake Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease the bundt pan.
    Mix eggs, cake mix, oil, water and almond extract with electric beater. Stir in chocolate chips.
    Pour into prepared pan. Bake approximately 1 hour or until cake tests done. Cool, then dust with confectioners' sugar.    .

Chocolate Chip Amaretto Pound Cake Cooking Time:
  • Cooking time 1 hour.
  • Allow to cool before serving.
  • Store in an airtight container.

  • Serve with Whipped Cream, Ice Cream.
