 Apple Cake Recipe

Apple Cake Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 cups of diced apples
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Apple Cake
Time: 1 hour
Serves: 6

Apple Cake Instructions:

  • Mix in order. Pour into a greased 8*8 inch pan. Bake until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.

Apple Cake Cooking Time:
  • Cooking time 30 - 35 minutes.
  • Leave to cool before serving.
    Store in an airtight cake tin.
Apple Cake Serving Instructions:
  • Serve with Tea or Coffee.
  • Great for a Holiday Parties.
  • Serve with Whipped Cream.
