 Coffee Cherry Almond Cake Recipe

Coffee Cherry Almond Cake Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 pkg. French vanilla cake mix
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup of Water
  • 1 can Cherry pie filling
  • 1/2 cups of Almond slices
  • Powdered sugar glaze
  • 1 cup of crushed strong instant coffee

Coffee Cherry Almond Cake
Time: 1 hour
Serves: 6

Coffee Cherry Almond Cake Instructions:

  • Combine the cake mix, sour cream, egg and water together.

    Pour into greased 15X10 inch baking tin.

    Drop spoonfulls of cherry pie filling onto the mix.

    Bake 350 for 25-30 minutes, or until golden.

    Sprinkle with almonds and glaze.

Coffee Cherry Almond Cake Cooking Time:
  • Cooking time 25 - 30 minutes.
  • Leave to cool before serving.
  • Store in an airtight cake tin.

  • Serve with Tea or Coffee.
