 Walnut Cake Recipe

Walnut Cake Ingredients:
  • 250g - 10oz wholemeal flour
  • 200g - 8oz walnut pieces
  • 100g - 4oz sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
  • 1 lemon freshly-squeezed lemon juice

Walnut Cake
Time: 1 hour
10 min
Serves: 8

Walnut Cake Instructions:

  • Mix together all of dry ingredients.

    Add the milk and oil and mix thoroughly.

    Add the lemon juice.

    Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 30 minutes.

Walnut Cake Cooking Time:
  • Cooking time 30 - 35 minutes.
  • Leave to cool before serving.
  • Store in an airtight cake tin.
Walnut Cake Serving Instructions:
  • Serve with Tea or Coffee.
  • Great for a Holiday Parties.
  • Serve with Whipped Cream.
