 Honey Caramels Recipe

Honey Caramels Ingredients:
  • 2 cups honey
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Honey Caramels
Time: 30 min

Honey Caramels Instructions:

  • Butter an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan; set aside.
    Mix honey and evaporated milk in a heavy saucepan; cook over medium heat to the firm-ball stage.
    Remove from heat and stir in nuts, butter, vanilla and salt. Pour into prepared pan. Let cool before cutting into squares.
