 Chocolate Balls Candy Recipe

Chocolate Balls Candy Ingredients:
  • 66 vanilla wafers
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar

Chocolate Balls Candy Instructions:

  • Place wafers in heavy plastic bag and crush with rolling pin until fine crumbs. Should have little less then 3 cups. Pour in large bowl. Place walnuts in plastic bag and crush with rolling pin into tiny crumbs and put in bowl. Use wooden spoon and stir in 1 cup of powdered sugar and cocoa. Add orange juice and honey. Stir until well mixed. Add 1-2 tablespoons of orange juice, if needed. Use 1 tablespoon of mixture for each cookie. Shape into ball. Roll balls in 1/2 cup powdered sugar, shake off extra sugar. Store in airtight container.
