 Cocoa Fudge Candy Recipe

Cocoa Fudge Candy Ingredients:
  • 2/3 cup cocoa
    3 cup sugar
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 cup milk
    4 1/2 tablespoons butter
    1 teaspoon vanilla

Cocoa Fudge Candy
Time: 1 hour
Serves: 8

Cocoa Fudge Candy Instructions:

  • Combine cocoa with sugar and salt. Add milk; bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Cook to 232 degrees, or until a small amount of mixture forms a soft ball when dropped in cold water. Remove from heat; drop in butter. Cool to lukewarm. Add vanilla and beat until mixture thickens. Pour into buttered pan and cut in squares when cool.
