 Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe

Peanut Butter Cookie Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Shortening
  • 1  1/4 cups light brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tablespoons Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1  3/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt

Peanut Butter Cookie
Time: 15 min
Serves: 6

Peanut Butter Cookie Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Take a medium bowl and mix together shortening, peanut butter and brown sugar and do this until smooth.
  • Mix in vanilla, milk and eggs then combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Stir into the mixture until well blended.
  • Drop rounded spoonfuls onto un-greased cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the oven.
  • Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes.
Peanut Butter Cookie Cooking Time:
  • Cooking time 10 minutes.
Peanut Butter Cookie Serving Instructions:
  • Serve with Ice Cold Milk.
  • Serve with Tea or Coffee.
