 Butter Cookie Recipe

Butter Cookie Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 6 tablespoons Confectioner's Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 3/4 cup Flour - sifted
  • pinch Salt

Butter Cookie
Time: 15 min
Serves: 12

Butter Cookie Instructions:
  • Mix butter and sugar and stir in sifted dry ingredients.
  • Roll into small balls about 3/4 inch in diameter.
  • Put on baking sheet and flatten each Cookie.
  • Bake 15 minutes at 300° F.
  • Remove from the oven and leave to cool on a wire rack.
Butter Cookie Cooking Time:
  • Cooking time 15 min.
  • Allow to cool before serving.
Butter Cookie Serving Instructions:
  • Serve with Tea or Coffee.
  • Great in the Holiday s.
