 Cowboy Cookies Recipe

Cowboy Cookies Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup chocolate chips or raisins

Cowboy Cookies
Time: 1 hour
Cookies: 60

Cowboy Cookies Instructions:

  • Cream margarine ,butter, eggs and sugar well. Add sifted dry ingredients, oats and chips and mix well. Drop from teaspoon onto un-greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes..

Cowboy Cookies Cooking Time:
  • Cooking time 10 - 12 minutes.
  • Allow to cool before serving.
  • Store in an airtight container.
Cowboy Cookies Serving Instructions:
  • Serve with Tea or Coffee.
  • Great at Christmas Parties.
