 Christmas Sugar Cookies Recipe

Christmas Sugar Cookies Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup yellow fluff Crisco
  • 1-1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 3/4 cup flour
  • 3 tablespoons milk

 

  • FROSTING:
    1/3 cup soft butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 cup powdered sugar

Christmas Sugar Cookies
Time: 30 min
Serves: 4

Christmas Sugar Cookies Instructions:

  • Cream margarine and Crisco thoroughly. Add sugar and beat well. Add eggs, vanilla and blend. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Mix and chill dough, roll out not too thin. Bake at 400 degrees for 6 - 8 minutes.

Christmas Sugar Cookies Cooking Time:
  • Cooking time 6 - 8 minutes hour.
  • Allow to cool before serving. Store in an airtight container.
Christmas Sugar Cookies Serving Instructions:
  • Serve with Tea or Coffee.
  • Great at Christmas Parties.
