 Ricotta Cookies Recipe

Ricotta Cookies Ingredients:
  • 2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 lb. Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1  16oz Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 4 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp. Baking Power

    Icing Mix
  • 1 1/2 cup 10X Confectioners Sugar
  • 4 tablespoons Milk

Ricotta Cookies
Time: 40 min
Serves: 24

Ricotta Cookies Instructions:

  • Pre-Heat Oven at 350

  • Cream together Butter & sugar.

  • Add eggs and Beat.

  • Add Ricotta & Vanilla and Beat.

  • Mix all dry ingredients and sift or whisk.

  • Add Dry ingredients slowly to wet ingredients.

  • Drop dough onto cookie sheets.

  • Bake 350°F for 10 - 12 minutes.

Ricotta Cookies Cooking Time:
  • Cooking time 10 - 12 minutes.
  • Store in an airtight container.
Ricotta Cookies Serving Instructions:
  • Serve with Tea or Coffee.
  • Great for a Holiday Parties.
