 Crab Cake Recipe

Crab Cake Ingredients:
  • 1 lb Jumbo Lump Crab Meat
  • 4oz Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Peppers Red and Gold - diced small
  • 2 Scallions - chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt and Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Celery Seed
  • Japanese Breadcrumbs

Crab Cake
Time: 3 hours
Serves: 2

Crab Cake Instructions:
  • Go through Crab and remove shells.
  • Combine all other ingredients together and gently fold into Crab meat.
  • Form mixture into 4 equal size balls.
  • Roll in Japanese breadcrumbs and flatten
    Chill for 2 hours.
  • Saute over medium heat until golden brown and hot in the centre.
  • Sauce
  • Serve with lemon aioli, 4oz mayonnaise, lemon juice,  zest of 1 lemon 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
    pinch of salt and pepper and pinch of paprika mix well together.
Crab Cake Cooking Time:
  • Chill for 2 hours.
  • Saute over medium heat until golden brown.
Crab Cake Serving Instructions:
  • Crab Sauce please see above this is a must.
