 Eye of Round Roast Recipe

Eye of Round Roast Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Coca-Cola
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • bacon slice
  • 2 teaspoons instant marinade
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 5 teaspoons parsley flakes
  • 1 eye of round roast

Eye of Round Roast
Time: 6 hour
Serves: 4

Eye of Round Roast Instructions:

  • Marinate in a roasting bag for 4 hours or overnight .

    Remove from bag, place bacon on top and preheat oven to 400°.

    Bake uncovered at 400° for 10 minutes, then 300° for 1 hour.

Eye of Round Roast Cooking Time:
  • Cooking time 1 hour and 10 minutes.
  • Allow to cool a little before serving.
Eye of Round Roast Serving Instructions:
  • Serve with your choice of vegetables.
  • Great for a Holiday Meal.
