 Lasagne Recipe

Lasagne Ingredients:
  • 1 lb Italian Sausage
  • 3 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups Ricotta Cheese
  • 28oz jar Chunky Pasta Sauce with Vegetables
  • 9 no-boil Lasagne Noodles

Lasagne
Time: 50 min
Serves: 6

Lasagne Instructions:
  • Heat oven to 350 F.
  • Cook Italian sausage in a heavy skillet over medium heat, mixing to break up meat.
  • Cook until no longer pink, about 7-8 minutes then drain.
  • Combine cooked sausage with 1-1/2 cups mozzarella cheese and ricotta cheese in mixing  bowl.
  • Put 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce in 9" square baking dish.
  • Now top with three Lasagna noodles, then with 1/3 of sausage filling.
  • Repeat layers, finishing with spaghetti sauce.
  • Cover and bake at 350 F for 35-40 minutes until bubbly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 1-1/2 cups mozzarella cheese and put back into oven.
  • Cook 5-10 minutes longer with top off until cheese is melted and browned.
Lasagne Cooking Time:
  • Cooking time about 50 minutes.
Lasagne Serving Instructions:
  • Serve with garlic-bread on the side.
