Turkey Recipe |
Turkey Ingredients:- 1 Whole Turkey
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1/2 Onion - sliced
- 1/2 Orange - sliced
- 500g Margarine / Butter
- Black Pepper Ground
- Aromat
- Mixed Herbs - dried
- Sage - dried
- Chicken Spice
- BBQ - Spice
|  Time: 2 hour 30 min Serves: 6

Turkey Instructions:- You will need to calculate cooking time from your Turkey's weight - 25 minutes per 500g.
- Wash Turkey with cold water then pat dry with a kitchen towel, including cavity.
- Put the onions, orange slices and bay leaves inside the cavity.
- Melt margarine or butter in saucepan then add all mixed herbs and spices and stir in well.
- Line the bottom of roasting pan with tin foil and place Turkey in pan.
- Pour half of the butter and herb mixture over Turkey - Make sure you rub all over entire bird.
- Put the Turkey in oven and cook for 20 minutes at 180 °C or until golden brown on top.
- Remove the Turkey from oven and pour remaining mixture over it.
- Turn oven down to 160 °C and cover the Turkey in pan with tin foil and seal well.
- Cook for full time calculated at the start.

Turkey Cooking Time:- Cooking time will very on the size of the bird.

Turkey Serving Instructions:- Serve with your choice of salad and vegetables.
- Great for a Holiday Meal.
