Green Bean Casserole Recipe |
Green Bean Casserole Ingredients:- 1 lb frozen French cut green beans, thawed
- 1 cup milk
- 1-28 oz. can French's French Fried Onions
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Onion Paste
For Onion Paste: - 1 Onion
- 2-3 pods garlic
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Stock
- Mixed herbs, salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon Butter

Green Bean Casserole Instructions:Onion Paste: Sauté onions in butter. Add garlic and cook for 1 min. Add vegetable stock and cook till onions are tender. Add herbs, salt and pepper. Cool and grind to a fine paste.
In a greased casserole, combine half of the French fried onions with all of the ingredients and stir well to combine. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle the remaining French fried onions over the top of the casserole and bake an additional 5 minutes or until onions are crisp and golden brown.
