 Crock Pot Recipe

Crock Pot Ingredients:
  • 6 thick Pork Chops
  • 2 small Squashes
  • 1 tablespoon slightly salted Butter
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon  Gravy Browning
  • The zest and juice one fresh Orange
  • Salt and Pepper according  to ones taste

Crock Pot
Time: 6 hours
Serves: 6

Crock Pot Instructions:
  • De-seed then cut the squashes into 1cm cubes.
  • Layer 3 chops in your crock pot then put half the squash cubes on top.
  • Now add the next 3 chops then add the rest of the squashes.
  • Mix the rest of the ingredients together and place into the crock pot.
  • Cover the Crock Pot with lid and cook in a low oven for about 6 hours.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
Crock Pot Cooking Time:
  • Cooking time around 6 hours.
Crock Pot Serving Instructions:
  • Serve with Wholemeal Bread,
  • Serve with your choice of Vegetables.
