Fish Recipe |
Fish Ingredients:- 1 pound Perch Fillets - fresh
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 cup Onions - sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 2 teaspoons Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano Flakes
- 1/8 teaspoon Ground cumin
|  Time: 25 min Serves: 4

Fish Instructions:- Heat oven to 350° F.
- Separate the fish into 4 pieces then place fish in a un-greased 13" by 9" by 2" inch baking pan.
- Mix paprika, garlic and onion powder, pepper, oregano, and thyme in a mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle seasoning mixture and lemon juice covering all the fish.
- Drizzle margarine evenly over fish.
- Cook until fish flakes very easily about 20 to 25 minutes.

Fish Cooking Time:- Cooking time 25 minutes
- Allow to cool a little before serving.

Fish Serving Instructions:- Serve with your choice of Vegetables.
- This Fish dish is great with white wine.
