 Meat Loaf Recipe

Meat Loaf Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds Lean Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Fine Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tablespoons Milk
  • 2 finely chopped Celery Ribs
  • 1 handful chopped Parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • a pinch Salt
  • a pinch Pepper

Meat Loaf
Time: 1 hour 20 min
Serves: 6

Meat Loaf Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
  • Press the Meatloaf mixture into a lightly greased loaf tin.
  • Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool a little before serving
Meat Loaf Cooking Time:
  • Cooking time is 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Meat Loaf Serving Instructions:
  • Serve with your choice of Vegetables.
