 Mojito Recipe

Mojito Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 oz Rum
  • 1 1/2 oz Club soda
  • 3 fresh Mint sprigs
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons fresh Lemon juice

Mojito
Time: 5 min
Serves: 1

Mojito Instructions:

  • Heat the oven to 425 degrees F or 220 degrees C

  • Line pie tin with pastry

  • Mix ½ a cup of sugar with 2 tablespoons of flour.

  • Pour over apples

  • Sprinkle lemon juice on top

  • Add Cloves if required

  • Cover Mojito with pastry

  • Brush pastry with melted butter

  • Place on a baking sheet.

  • Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven and put on a wire rack and leave to cool.

Mojito Cooking Time:
  • Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker / stirrer and pour into an unusually shaped glass. Add Crushed Ice and decorations to create a great Christmas drink from an easy to make recipe!
Mojito Serving Instructions:
  • Serve with Cream, Ice Cream, or Custard.
  • Can be served Hot or Cold
