 Caribbean Champagne Recipe

Caribbean Champagne Ingredients:
  • 2 1 Splash Cointreau
    1 Splash Cranberry Juice
    1 Splash Orange Juice
    1 Splash Vodka
    4 oz Champagne

Caribbean Champagne
Time: 5 min
Serves: 1

Caribbean Champagne Instructions:

  • Heat the oven to 425 degrees F or 220 degrees C

  • Line pie tin with pastry

  • Mix ½ a cup of sugar with 2 tablespoons of flour.

  • Pour over apples

  • Sprinkle lemon juice on top

  • Add Cloves if required

  • Cover Caribbean Champagne with pastry

  • Brush pastry with melted butter

  • Place on a baking sheet.

  • Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven and put on a wire rack and leave to cool.
