Apple Pie Recipe |
Apple Pie Ingredients:- 1 pastry recipe for a 2 x 9 inch pie crusts
- 5 large Granny Smith Apples, peeled, cored and sliced
- 1/2 cup white Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- Add Cloves if required
|  Time: 1 hour Serves: 8

Apple Pie Instructions:Heat the oven to 425 degrees F or 220 degrees C Line pie tin with pastry Mix ½ a cup of sugar with 2 tablespoons of flour. Pour over apples Sprinkle lemon juice on top Add Cloves if required Cover Apple Pie with pastry Brush pastry with melted butter Place on a baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven and put on a wire rack and leave to cool.

Apple Pie Cooking Time:- Cooking time 1 hour.
- leave to cool before serving.

Apple Pie Serving Instructions:- Serve with Cream, Ice Cream, or Custard.
- Can be served Hot or Cold
