| Peach Cobbler Recipe | Peach Cobbler Ingredients:- Filling
- 2cups peeled, sliced, fresh, Peaches
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
- Crust
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
3 tablespoons Sugar - 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 2/3 cup of Milk

| Peach Cobbler Instructions:- Preheat the over to 400 degrees F.
- Place the peaches In an shallow baking dish and cover with sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and then mix together.
- Now bake for 10 minutes.
- Mix together in a separate bowl, all the dry ingredients for the crust.
- Put in the butter with your fingers and work the mixture.
- The mixture should have a coarse texture. Add the milk and stir until you form a soft dough.
- Now take the peaches out from the over and spoon the batter over the top of the fruit.
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until the fruit is bubbly and the crust is a golden brown colour.
| Peach Cobbler Cooking Time:- Cooking time 1 hour.
- leave to cool before serving.
