 Homemade Ice Cream Recipe

Homemade Ice Cream Ingredients:
  • 300 ml / ½ pint fresh Double Cream
  • 2 teaspoon Milk
  • 5 level teaspoons sifted Icing Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence

Homemade Ice Cream
Time: 3 hrs
Serves: 4

Homemade Ice Cream Instructions:
  • Pour cream and milk into a very chilled bowl and mix together until lightly stiff.
  • Mix in the icing sugar and the vanilla essence to the mixture.
  • Place in a suitable product for freezing and freeze for about 45 min -1 hour.
  • Remove from the freezer and stir softly until smooth.
  • Return back to the freezer and freeze for 2 hours until firm.
Homemade Ice Cream Cooking Time:
  •  Time 3 hour.
Homemade Ice Cream Serving Instructions:
  • Serve with Apple Pie, Cherry Pie, Mixed Fruits.
