 Jello Pudding Recipe

Jello Pudding Ingredients:
  • 4 level teaspoons Gelatine
  • 3 tablespoons hot Water
  • 50g / 2oz caster Sugar
  • 1 level teaspoon finely grated Lemon rind
  • 600ml / 1 pint Milk
  • Yellow food colouring

Jello Pudding
Time: 2 hour
Serves: 4

Jello Pudding Instructions:

  • Heat the oven to 425 degrees F or 220 degrees C

  • Line pie tin with pastry

  • Mix ½ a cup of sugar with 2 tablespoons of flour.

  • Pour over apples

  • Sprinkle lemon juice on top

  • Add Cloves if required

  • Cover Jello Pudding with pastry

  • Brush pastry with melted butter

  • Place on a baking sheet.

  • Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven and put on a wire rack and leave to cool.

Jello Pudding Cooking Time:
  • Set time will vary.
  • leave to cool before serving.
Jello Pudding Serving Instructions:
  • Serve with Whipped Cream or Ice Cream.
