| Banana Pudding Recipe | Banana Pudding Ingredients:- 1/3 cup All-Purpose Flour
- Dash of Salt
2 1/2 cups low-fat Milk - 1 14oz can fat-free Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 large Egg Yolks
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 3 cups sliced Ripe Banana, divided
- 45 Vanilla Wafers, divided
- 4 large Egg Whites at room temperature
- 1/4 cup Sugar

| Banana Pudding Instructions:- Heat oven to 325° and mix flour and slat in a medium saucepan.
- Slowly add milks and the egg yolks; stir together well and Cook over medium heat for about 8 minutes or when thick, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Put 1 cup of banana slices in bottom of a 2-quart baking dish.
- Spoon one-third of pudding mixture over banana. Then arrange 15 wafers on top of pudding.
- Repeat this twice so you have 2 layers.
- then Arranging the last 15 wafers around edge of dish.
- Beat egg whites at in a mixer until foamy.
- Slowly add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until stiff peaks form.
- Spread meringue evenly over pudding, covering to edge of dish.
- Cook at 325° for 25 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool at least 30 minutes before serving.

- Leave for at least 30min before serving.
