| Banana Cream Pie Recipe | Banana Cream Pie Ingredients:- Crust
- 2 1/2 cups Digestive Biscuits
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup mashed Banana
- 1/4 cup or 1/2 stick unsalted Butter, melted
Filling 1/2 cup Sugar- 1/3 cup Cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 1/2 cups Whipping Cream
- 1 1/2 cups Whole Milk
- 3 large Egg yolks
- 1/2 Vanilla bean, cut lengthways
- 2 tablespoons or 1/4 stick unsalted
- Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

| Banana Cream Pie Instructions:- Take 5 ripe bananas and peel then cut crossways into ¼-inch-thick slices.
- Crust, Heat the oven to 350°F. mix digestive biscuits, sugar, and mashed banana in big bowl to combine them all.
- Add unsalted butter and mix to moisten evenly.
- Put into the bottom and up the sides of a 10-inch-diameter glass pie dish then press the mixture down.
- Chill until firm, 30 minutes.
- Now Bake the crust until it sets and is a light golden colour about 15 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Filling, Whisk sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a medium saucepan.
- Slowly whisk in whipping cream and whole milk, then the egg yolks.
- Put vanilla bean seeds and vanilla bean in. Whisk over medium-high heat until mixture thickens and boils.
- Now remove from the heat and whisk in unsalted butter and vanilla extract and remove vanilla bean.
- Transfer mixture to a big bowl
- Cool completely and then whisking occasionally, ever hour.
- Mix the mixture to it loosens if need.
- Spread 1 cup or the mixture over bottom of prepared crust.
- Top with half of sliced bananas, then 1 cup of mixture covering bananas completely.
- Repeat layering with remaining bananas and remaining mixture.
- Chill banana cream pie until filling is set and crust softens slightly.
- Chill for 9 hour or overnight before serving.

- Once made leave to chill for 9 hours or overnight.
