Dutch Apple Pie Recipe |
Dutch Apple Pie Ingredients:- 1 pastry recipe for 2 x 9 inch pie crusts
- 5 large Granny Smith Apples, peeled, cored and sliced
- 1/2 cup white Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Raisons
|  Time: 1 hour Serves: 8

Dutch Apple Pie Instructions:- Heat the oven to 425 degrees F or 220 degrees C
- Line pie tin with pastry
- Mix ½ a cup of sugar with 2 tablespoons of flour.
- Pour over apples and add raisons
- Sprinkle lemon juice on top
- Cover Dutch apple pie with pastry (OPTIONAL)
- Brush pastry with melted butter
- Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven and put on a wire rack and leave to cool.

Dutch Apple Pie Cooking Time:- Cooking time 1 hour.
- leave to cool before serving.

Dutch Apple Pie Serving Instructions:- Serve with Cream, Ice Cream, or Custard.
- Can be served Hot or Cold
