| Apple Crumble Recipe | Apple Crumble Ingredients:- 500g / 1 lb cooking Apples
- 150g / 6oz Granulated Sugar
- Topping
- 150g / 6oz plain Flour
- 75g / 3oz Butter
- 50 to 75g / 2 to 3oz Caster sugar
|  Time: 1 hour Serves: 4
| Apple Crumble Instructions:- Peel, core and slice the apple into slices and put into a 1 litre or 2 pint heatproof dish in layers with granulated sugar.
- Mix flour in a bowl then rub in butter finely.
- Add sugar then toss lightly so the ingredients mix together.
- Sprinkle Crumble over fruit thickly and evenly then press down softly with your palm, and to smooth top use a knife
- Preheat the oven to 190 c or 375 f then bake for 15 minutes
- Reduce temperature down to 180 c or 350 f and bake for a further 45 minutes, or until the top is a nice light golden brown colour.
- Remove and leave to cool before serving.
| Apple Crumble Cooking Time:- Cooking time is about 1 hour.
- Cool before serving.
| Apple Crumble Serving Instructions:- Serve with Cream, Ice Cream, or Custard.
- Can be served Hot or Cold
