Caramel Pudding Recipe |
Caramel Pudding Ingredients:- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 cups milk
- ¼ cup butter
- 4 egg yolks
- ¼ cup cornstarch
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup granulated sugar
|  Time: 1 hour Serves: 6

Caramel Pudding Instructions:- Bring sugar and milk to boiling point, stirring constantly.
- Add butter.
- Beat yolks and cornstarch together and add to first mixture.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until thick. Turn into greased baking pan. Bake at 350°F or until brown.
- Beat egg whites with sugar and brush on top. Return to oven and brown top.

- Leave to cool before serving.
