 Pineapple Pudding Recipe

Pineapple Pudding Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 6 slices of white bread, cubed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • One 20-ounce can crushed
  • pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Pineapple Pudding
Time: 1 hour
Serves: 4

Pineapple Pudding Instructions:
  • Mix together all ingredients and put in a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Pineapple Pudding Cooking Time:
  • Cooking time 40 minutes.
Pineapple Pudding Serving Instructions:
  • This is a perfect side dish when serving ham.
