Tiramisu Trifle Recipe |
Tiramisu Trifle Ingredients:- 1/3 cup Kahlua (Use a bit more if burning off alcohol) room temperature
- 1lb. Mascarpone Cheese
- 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar (1 cup if no Confectionary Sugar in Whipped Cream)
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 3oz. Water
- 16oz. (1 pint) Whipping Cream
- 1/4 cup Confectionary Sugar - Whipped
- 1 cup Extra Strong Coffee (use 2 Tablespoons Instant coffee and 1 cup hot water) - Let it cool to room temperature.
- 24 Whole Ladyfingers (both top and bottom)
- 8 oz. Semisweet Chocolate - rough chop into small pieces
- A dusting of Confectionary Sugar for effect if you want.
|  Time: 5 hours Serves: 12 - 15

Tiramisu Trifle Instructions:- Combine together all ingredients except whipped cream using a power mixer.
- Fold in whipped cream until it is incorporated into the mixture.
- Put aside and keep cold.
- Quickly dip 12 ladyfingers individually into coffee (not soggy) and place into Trifle bowl.
- DO NOT STACK.
- Put half of the Filling in and spread evenly.
- Put a layer of chocolate in evenly.
- Use a little extra around the edge of bowl for visual effect.
- For top layer you may lightly dust with Confectionary Sugar.
- Repeat Assembly and Topping as above.
