| Herbed Turkey Roll Recipe | Herbed Turkey Roll Ingredients:- 4 tablespoons butter, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon minced rosemary, sage and parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1 3 lbs turkey breast, skin, bone and butterfly

| Herbed Turkey Roll Instructions:In a small bowl, combine the butter, herbs, and 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper.
Lay turkey breast flat, smooth side down, and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 tsp salt and pepper. Spread all but 1 tbl. of the herb butter over the turkey, roll it up tightly into a sausage shape, and tie securely with string. Rub the outside of the roll with the remaining 1 tbl. herb butter and wrap tightly with foil. At this point, roll can be refrigerated for up to 8 hours before cooking.
Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Place the foil wrapped turkey roll in a baking pan and bake for 50 minutes. At this point, if roll is to be served cold, it can be cooled to room temp and refrigerated for up to 2 days. Remove the foil and slice 1/2" thick. Can serve hot or cold.
