Turkey Tetrazzini Recipe |
Turkey Tetrazzini Ingredients:- 224g cooked egg noodles
- 30g butter
- 1 6oz can sliced mushrooms
- 6g salt
- 0.3g pepper
- 280g chopped cooked turkey
- 1 10.75oz can condensed cream of celery soup
- 230g sour cream
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese

Turkey Tetrazzini Instructions:Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Melt butter in a large heavy skillet. Saute mushrooms for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper, and stir in turkey, condensed soup, and sour cream. Place cooked noodles in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour sauce mixture evenly over the top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until sauce is bubbling.

Turkey Tetrazzini Cooking Time:- Cooking time 35 - 40 minutes.
- Allow to cool a little before serving.
